All profiles are prefabricated with specially designed punching tools or machining centers. This precision in drainage holes, vent cut-outs, and punched holes for eccentric cleats guarantees a quick and flawless assembly. No punching is required for installing the bottom rollers ensuring ease and efficiency.

Our heavy-duty sliding door profiles integrate 40mm glass fiber reinforced polyamide strips, significantly reducing thermal conduction. These polyamide strips are engineered to enhance thermal performance without additional internal inserts. The larger cavities between profiles are insulated with tailored PE strips, culminating in superior thermal performance and enhanced overall insulation. This results in reduced energy consumption and a minimized environmental footprint.

Remarkable strength & longevity
The synergy of robust profiles, stainless steel rails, and polyamide rollers with needle bearings empowers the sliding door to accommodate glazing areas up to 2.8 meters high without the need for external reinforcement. The stainless steel rail ensures smooth vent movement and prevents surface finish degradation. Polyamide bottom rollers support weights of up to 300kg per vent, maintaining smooth operation throughout.
